I will gently rearrange the energetic structures in your body and field. Once stabilized, you must choose to accept this level of coherence. Only then will it remain.
You will practice a specific breath sequence and meditation daily to maintain this state. This is not optional—it is part of the Codex contract. You may also be asked to rebalance outstanding Karmic debt and/or do other exercises I receive for you.

That said, integration is not all ease. In the first weeks, I kept bumping into furniture because my field had grown — literally. My body has had to catch up, adapt, rest. Listening to it is no longer optional; it is the guide. Stillness, too, is no longer an option. It is the ground I stand on.
None of this is theoretical. It’s embodied. Knowingness is becoming a state. My mind no longer needs to "understand" — my body already knows. I see the consequences of every thought. I accept that not all people or places will remain. Coherence asks for honesty, presence, responsibility. There is no room for identity stories or spiritual bypassing.
I accept change. I accept evolution. I trust it. I trust Source, because I feel, truly, that we are One.
For the first time in many years, I no longer want to be “beamed back home.” Joy is here. Life is here. Breath is here. I’m still integrating, still becoming. But I have returned to myself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to schedule time for the restructure?
I will arrange with you which day I do the restructure. It is done remotely so you do not have to be present in person. However, you should arrange to have that day and 2 or 3 days after as restful days. This is because the energy can be so high that you may experience the feeling of operating faster than normal and may require extra sleep and rest or may be too energized to sleep regular hours. So, it’s best to plan 3 days off your usual work and not schedule any major events for those days.
When will I receive the sigil and painting?
I design the sigil the day after the restructure. Then it is digitized and emailed to you to print a small copy to keep in your pocket and one for under your pillow, this must be done withing the first 3-5 days after the restructure. After that I have the sigil engraved as a silver pendant and ship that to you. I then do the personal painting for you and ship it to you approximately 4 months after the restructure.
Are the sigil and painting to be with me for life?
Yes, they will continue to stabilize, enhance your field, and support your evolution.
When I travel do I take the painting with me?
No. You only need to take the sigil with you.
Does it matter what size I print the sigil in?
No. Initially print the sigil in a small enough size to carry in your pocket. Once you have the sigil pendant you should wear it as a pendant or keep that in your pocket. At night place it under your pillow or keep a small printed version in the underside of your pillow case in a small plastic or silk bag.
Can I use the sigil for anything else like restructuring water, food,or other things?
The sigil is to stabilize your field and for anchoring and recall, it is not meant for restructuring other things.
